Roseburg Therapy provides mental health treatment to the communities of Douglas County. We offer counseling services such as individual, couples and family therapy. Our agency has grown to a total of 4 therapists who treat students in schools throughout Glide School District, Winston-Dillard School District and at Phoenix Charter School as well as treat all ages at our main office in Roseburg. Each therapist has their own clinical focus, age groups served, therapeutic interventions and specialty. We all share in the common goal of providing the best therapeutic services to help you meet your goals. With the diversity of our team, we believe we can find the right therapist to help you become the strongest you!

My Background:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #L7631) in the state of Oregon and have over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have a Masters and Bachelors degree in Social Work where I garnered the designation of Summa Cum Laude or with highest honor.

I have worked in non-profits, schools, health clinics, group homes and foster homes throughout my career providing services to various populations to address their needs, accomplish their goals and achieve well-being.

I specialize in working with families of children ages 4 to 18 but will help individuals and families of all ages. I have an eclectic style that converges multiple theories and approaches to best address the circumstances my patients are wanting to treat. Some of these treatment approaches are:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Trauma Focused CBT

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Solution Focused Therapy

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Motivational Interviewing

Finding the right fit for you will be discussed at the initial stages of our work. Roseburg Therapy's primary goal is helping you to achieve your goals on your terms and at your pace so as to form the strongest you. It would be an honor to help, lets get started!
